I am honored to be nominated for a Posi Award for my video Beautiful.  The Posi Awards are given to those artists who write, record and perform Positive Music.  Positive or New Thought is a relatively new movement based on spirituality.

emPower music and arts is a Florida based organization that is dedicated to creating positive global change through music, writing and the spoken word.  The 7th Annual Posi Awards will be held January 13-15, 2012 in Orlando Florida.

I created this in honor of Earth Day

The first Earth Day was on April, 22nd, 1970.  More than 1 billion people now participate in Earth Day Activities each year making it the largest civic observance in the world.  Over the last 40 years, the Earth Day Network has executed successful campaigns ranging from climate change and drinking water to voter registration and saving the whale.  The Earth Day Network is recognized as a leader in creating civically-oriented innovative programs with partners outside the environmental movement to tackle new challenges.
